About Artfest

Formerly known as Falls Fest, Blue Mountains Artfest is an annual weekend art festival that celebrates the talents of local and regional Australian artists and artisans in the context of a school community event.

This year we are changing how Artfest operates. In response to the Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to host an event in-person, so we are heading to an online platform. Our virtual visitors will be able to purchase quality local art and craft through our website, just in time for Christmas.

Artfest is the major school fundraiser for Wentworth Falls Public School. It is run by a team of volunteers and supported by amazing local business sponsors.

Wentworth Falls Public School is committed to quality teaching and learning, striving for excellence in all areas of school endeavour, offering a wide range of learning opportunities in academic, cultural, social, civic and sporting pursuits.  Find out what’s going on at Wentworth Falls Public School via the website.

Getting there

Blue Mountains Artfest is an easy 5-10 minute walk across from Wentworth Falls Train Station. Cross the highway at the lights, walk right until you get to Wilson’s Park or the Falls Rd lights and follow Falls Rd until you see Wentworth Falls Public School on the left hand side (just after the Tennis Courts and the Rural Fire Service station). You can also get a taxi or bus service from Leura or Katoomba.

And we are just over 1.5 hours drive west of Sydney via the M4 and the Great Western Highway. Street parking is available.
